Dovis County Resort – Guest Policy Welcome to Dovis County Resort! To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies during your stay: No Smoking Policy For the health and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the resort premises. • Guests found smoking will be subject to a fine of ₦50,000. • Immediate check-out will be required. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and fresh environment. Guest Occupancy Limits • Maximum of 3 guests allowed in a room at any given time. • Only 2 guests may stay overnight. This ensures quality service and comfort for everyone. Identification Requirements • All guests must present a valid, active government-issued ID at registration. • This is mandatory to complete any booking. Refund Policy • Once a booking is confirmed, all sales are final. • No refunds under any circumstances, Please plan your stay accordingly. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM • Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM • Early check-ins before 2:00 PM are possible if the room is available. • Guests checking in between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM must check out by 12:00 PM the same day. Liability for Charges and Damages • Any additional charges or damages must be settled immediately prior to check-out. • This includes damages to property, extra services, or incidentals. Photography and Videography Policy • Casual photos for personal memories are welcome. • Professional photoshoots using our ambiance, facilities, or estate require prior approval and payment: o ₦50,000 for lodgers. o ₦100,000 for non-lodgers.
